Loyalty Rewards Disclaimer
- Point accrual begins once you opt in to the Loyalty Rewards Program.
- Points may stop accumulating if there are failed remittances, revoked authorizations, or defaults.
- Buyouts from third-party lenders or other Funding Metrics entities do not qualify.
- Factor rate reductions apply only if broker rate > 6 points and are split 50/50 between buy rate and broker rate.
- All terms are subject to Funding Metrics’ discretion and apply only at renewal.
- For same purchase amounts, total repayment will be reduced by added remits.
- Points and rate reductions are forfeited if the current financing is paid in full.
- Rewards are based on the original remits from the time you enrolled.
- Rewards are capped at 220 remits and the minimum factor rate is 1.25.
- Neither party can claim more than 50% of the discount.
- Discounts do not apply to existing agreements.
- For higher renewal amounts, repayment may still increase, even with bonuses.
